Thank you to the Wellington Legion Branch 160 who presented the foodbank with a cheque on December 21 for $545.85 from 3 fundraisers – The Legionauts and special guest Justin Rutledge who raised $350.85, Dance/Dance raised $105, Honky Tonk Christmas raised $90. We also want to thank everyone who supported the Peter Rae’s Rockin Christmas Fundraiser which raised $895 at the Silent Auction and $101 from the 50/50. We thank all the entertainers at this event – The Reasons, The Reasonettes, Ian Roy, Rob Manlow, Fred Hall, Scott Scheuermann, Garnet Goodwin, special appearance by Ed Sullivan and Roy Orbison.Thank you to everyone who supported these events! The Legion is making a difference in our community in helping others and we can’t thank you enough for all your hard work!
