Adult Cooking Classes
On Tuesday May 7th’s cooking class they learned how to make 2 kinds of Cobb Salad – vegetarian with black beans and traditional with chx and bacon. Learned how to make a base vinaigrette dressing.

April 30th Adult Cooking Class
The adults in tonight’s cooking class made Potato Gnocchi and Cast Iron Skillet Pork Chops! Also Al gave a demonstration on knife sharpening! Thanks Robyn for sharing your expertise with this great group of students! And thanks Al for sharing your knife sharpening knowledge!
