This is what our clients received in their produce box today. Potatoes, onions, lettuce, cucumber, green onions, cauliflower, radishes, tomatoes, celery, aspargus bananas, oranges and strawberries. If anyone out there has any extra yarn they aren’t using please donate to the foodbank, we have lots of knitters that are busy making hats, mittens, scarves, slippers, baby blankets and other items for our clients for the winter months. We would appreciate your help! Please drop off at the foodbank, 305 Niles Street, at the Wellington Pentecostal Church on Wednesday’s between 9-3 or you can leave them in one of our bins on Main Street at Rockn Rogers Restaurant the bin is right inside their door, Wellington Home Hardware or Pierson’s Foodland.
