The simplicity of the meal meant an afternoon in the kitchen thinking about the similarities between a great studio day and its kitchen counterpart. Good light, inspiring ingredients, considering process and the comfort of repetition when making dinner for 36 yesterday. Good for the kitchen brigade and the vineyard and farm folks we cook for.
