Toni Beaudrie and Lyn Tracey were Surprised and Delighted to both receive cheques for $2,500.00 and were recognized as “Mazda Community Legends” for their many years volunteering at the Storehouse Wellington & District Foodbank.
Jim McPeake, the General Manager of Bay Mazda in Belleville, and Linda Downey Manager at Storehouse Foodbank were both on hand to give these two deserving ladies their cheques and thank them for their many years volunteering at the Foodbank.
Toni has been signing in clients, packaging boxes and vegetable bags, as well as helping with the Backpack Program, Snowsuit Program and Angel program for more than 12 years.
Lyn has been checking dates on food donated and putting food on the shelves, sorting and organizing all the free household items and clothing on tables, filling up vegetable bags and buying groceries for the past 8 years.
