The BARN BANDits, a local band, held a private fundraising event at the Consecon Legion on January 25, with proceeds split between the Consecon Legion and The Storehouse Food Bank. Cynthia was presented with a cheque for $315 from members Thomas De Rosa and Faye Forma. Thanks for making a difference, helping families in need. We are grateful for your support!
We are so fortunate to have a partner like County Kids Read! They gave us 66 books this week in a variety of genres and for different age groups. Thanks for making a difference and for providing new books for families. Thank you to Lee Scott for selecting the books, and to Wendy Matthews for delivering them . 
- A huge thank you to Christine Rutter of Exit Realty and Kelly Martin of Bay of Quinte Total Sports for organizing a Dukes Food Drive for the Wellington Storehouse Food Bank on February 2nd at the Wellington arena. Our generous community donated $1400 in food and toiletries, and $612 in monetary donations! We are so grateful! Thanks for caring for others, neighbours helping neighbours!
