Enriching the lives of others! A huge thank you to Lori Foster and The Dressing Room in Rossmore for the generous donation of gorgeous new fashions in the spring. We had so much fun helping women put together outfits and it felt so good to see the joy it brought to our clients. Good food for the soul! Pan Roasted Pickerel with Lemon Beurre Blanc, mini potatoes and local asparagus! Thanks to Chef Michael Hoy for preparing 61 senior meals, the Wellington Legion for the use of the kitchen, and to Rick and Eunice for delivering. We are grateful for the community donations that we have received towards this initiative too. Thanks for helping us care for others! It takes a village!
