The Storehouse Foodbank staff want to wish one of our most dependable, faithful, big hearted and hard working volunteer Becky McFaul all the best in her next chapter of life. Becky you have worked beside us for so many long years and we will miss you terribly but we also know it’s time for you to seek out new adventures, take it easy and maybe get a chance to sit, relax and read a book! We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all the years of volunteer service you have given the foodbank. You are a true blessing with a heart of compassion and have been such an example to all the volunteers in how to make a difference to others in our community! We wish you all the best and hope you will stop by sometime to just show us your beautiful smile that always lights up a room. Love the foodbank staff!♥️
Thank you to the Quinte Chapter #59 Order of the Eastern Star for their donation of $500 to the Foodbank. The Quinte Chapter #59 meets in Ameliasburgh and is part of a worldwide fraternal not-for-profit organization with a commitment to charity, community service and supporting those in need. Each year, the Worthy Matron and Worthy Patron choose a charity to support with their fundraising efforts. This year Worthy Matron Cathy Fisher and Worthy Patron Ron Carter chose the Storehouse Foodbank as their charitable project for 2025-2026. This is the second $500 donation to the foodbank this year bringing the total to $1000. We thank you for making a difference to others!
