Good food for the soul! Pan Roasted Pickerel with Lemon Beurre Blanc, mini potatoes and local asparagus! Thanks to Chef Michael Hoy for preparing 61 senior meals, the Wellington Legion for the use of the kitchen, and to Rick and Eunice for delivering.
