To Nyman Farms – Michelle and John for all their hard work and to everyone who supported the county Foodbanks this weekend at their stop during the Maple in the County Festival. The non perishable food items and $330.00 in cash donations to EACH of the two Foodbanks will go a tremendous way in helping to feed individuals in our community. I could not feel more proud to be part of this community. Thank you so much for helping us, help others in our area!
Wellington Foodbank Fundraiser, April 1, 10am-2pm, :PIerson’s Parking Lot, Main Street, Wellington. Please bring a non- perishable food item to help out your local foodbank! Foodbank also needs toilet paper, kleenex, laundray soap and dish soap. Foodland will also be selling $5 grocery bags full of items that you can purchase and donate.
Income Tax receipts are being mailed this week, if we have your email address they will be emailed to you please note they will be coming from Paradigm Financial Services – the email will be from pfs@vip.kos.net so please do not delete and watch your spam folder in case it goes into there ok.
Thankyou to the Hillier Women’s Institute for donating $1650 to the Foodbank last year! We really appreciate all you do to help us, help others in our communties!
