Tonight was the last night for Kids Cooking Class, what a wonderful group of kids! Missing from the photo is Jade Rogers unfortunately she couldn’t come for the last class. We really enjoyed having these kids for the past 6 weeks, they were so eager to learn and so much fun! Tonight we made gingerbread and sugar cookies as we sang a few Christmas Carols. Rockn Rogers Pizza donated two XLarge Pizza for their last class as a special treat! Thank you Rock n Rogers you are such giving people with big hearts! Thank you so much to the following – The Huff Family Fund for making all these classes possible, The County Foundation, Robyn Cakebread-nourished self for teaching the classes and sharing your expertise, Toni Murphy for always being faithful and volunteering your time with me and thank you Robyn Baranyai for volunteering tonight and being there to ensure the last class ran smoothly, Prince Edward Learning Centre who partnered with us this year, The County of Prince Edward for use of the kitchen and the Arena staff for all you did to help us with setup and ensuring everything was ready for us. Adult classes are still running for the next two weeks and then they will be all wrapped up for the year too!
