  We are proud participates of the After the Bell program. After the Bell support foodbanks to provide kids who are experiencing hunger with increased access to much needed nutritious food during summer when the need is higher due to many school centred support programs not being available. Each week we add fruit and vegetables to each healthy food pack. Today After The Bell, Sept 29, apple, banana, mini cuke, grape tomatoes, cheesestring and yogurt tube. Food Banks Canada is the driver of this program and we one of the chosen recipients. We are very grateful to be able to offer this wonderful program to our clients during these difficult times. After the Bell is generously supported by fresh partners Subway Canada along with Air Canada Foundation, Bayer, McCormick Canada, Nestle, Quaker, Trucks for Change, Hershey Canada, Kellogg Canada, Mondelez, Thomas Large & Singer (TLS), International Paper, Janssen, SunRype and WestRock. Supported by food partners Basse Nuts, Clover Leaf Seafoods, Dare Foods Ltd., Kellogg Canada, PepsiCo, Saputo, SunRype Products. Ltd., Three Farmers and WOW Butter Foods.

Thank you so much to Mill Creek Farms who donated 20 cases/240 packages of peas today for our Thanksgiving Hampers. Thank you for your generosity and for making such a difference to others in our communities.

Thank you to the Consecon United Church and to all those in the community who donated food and clothing to the foodbank into the trailer that was parked at the church. Thank you Sue & Dave Holmes for delivering all the goods to the foodbank today. The food and funds raised will go towards our Thanksgiving Hampers. Thank you for making a difference to others in our communities.

We are blown away by all the support for the The Storehouse Foodbank fundraiser last weekend at Flossie’s Sandwiches !!

We want to thank everyone who came out to enjoy the last weekend of summer, pop open some Lime Seltzers, and donate to the foodbank. In total $850 cash was donated! The guys are excited to donate $2 in addition to every $1 donated. But then we also decided to round it up👆 as a fun surprise for everyone at the Foodbank. 💥

There are so many incredible initiatives that Linda, Cynthia and the team are doing to serve their community and it’s our honor to support them💛 We can’t wait until next year!!!
