  Thank you so much to Chef Michael Hoy for all the Mac and Cheese meals for the seniors and for doing all the deliveries on Jan. 8, 2021. Thank you to the Wellington Legion for use of their kitchen. These Weekly Nutritional Meals for Seniors & Elders in Wellington is supported by the Government of Canada’s Emergency Community Support Fund, Community Foundation of Canada and The County Foundation. We thank you for making a difference to Seniors during these difficult times.

     Thank you to Jeanette Arsenault and to everyone who shared from her JAMS Canada posts. There were 40 shares on her various social media platforms which Jeanette donated $10 for each share for a grand total of $400 raised for the foodbank. Thank you for making a difference to others during these difficult times.

  Thank you so much to Linda Donville who donated $500 worth of pies and tarts from My Pies today to the foodbank. Picture below is owner Jessica Bastow delivering her delicious Tex Mex, Butter Chicken, Beef Veggie and Chicken Veggie Pies and apple tarts. Thank you Linda and Jessica for making a difference to others in our community.

Thank you so much to the Community Foundation for Kingston and Area for providing the Storehouse Foodbank with a 7,500 grant from the Stark Family Fund to support our Senior Meals Program. Chef Michael Hoys Meatloaf and Mashed Potato Meals that were delivered today were supported by these funds! Thank you for making a difference during these difficult times!
