What a blessing to live in a loving generous community! Emmanuel Baptist Church donated about $700 in groceries plus 9 cases of pickles ($700) for our Easter Hampers! We are sincerely grateful for all you do to help care for others in our community – Loving your neighbour as yourself ❣️

  1. A fabulous turkey dinner prepared for 65 seniors this week, just in time for Easter! We are grateful to Chef Michael Hoy for these delicious and nutritious meals made with love! Thanks to the Wellington Legion for the use of the kitchen, and to Rick and Eunice Hill for making the deliveries. Taking care of our community and lifting others up supports our collective well-being. 

Taking care of each other, neighbours helping neighbours! Sprigwich in Wellington donated 30 containers of delicious and nutritious homemade soup this week. We appreciate your generous giving! Soup is like a hug in a bowl, providing comfort to those in need. read more…

As part of the Period Poverty Project, we received a donation of 250 feminine pads from Quinte Builders Hardware Ltd in Belleville. We are so grateful for your support and for helping us care for our community. Thank you for making a difference.

So happy to hand out new books for families this week, thanks to a wonderful partnership with County Kids Read! Another treat for Easter and a gift you can open again and again. Thanks for inspiring a love of books and reading, and for your generous support! It makes a difference!

Beautiful fresh buns for our Easter Hampers from Joe at the Wellington Bakery! So grateful for his generosity in providing 120 packages for families in need. Your care and support is greatly appreciated. It takes a village! Thank you!
