Rhubarb season!!! Thank you to Keith Edgett for sharing 30 lbs of his rhubarb with our families this week. What a blessing – neighbours helping neighbours!

Bounty from the County! Doug Schofield donated fresh local asparagus for our families this week! How wonderful! We are so grateful for his kindness and generosity. Thanks for helping us care for others. 

  • Wonderful community partners! Thanks to the staff and owners of Midtown Brewing Company for the recent donation of $727 in cash, $200 in food, plus the Period Party donations from their Wednesday Trivia Nights! We are grateful for your support, helping us care for others in our community ❣️

  • Service Above Self! The Rotary Club of Wellington is all about community! Their Maple Syrup Fundraiser collected $16,000 for our food bank! We are grateful for their passion and dedication to making a difference in our community! A special thanks to Yvonne Buys for her hard work. Thank you!!! This week Chef Michael Hoy prepared 75 senior meals – pasta with turkey, smoked ham, broccoli, tomato and cream. Thanks to Rick and Eunice for delivering and to the Wellington Legion for the use of the kitchen. A community caring for others!
