Furniture Donation – Bed & Couch
From Storehouse supporter Kathy:
“I have two pieces of furniture that I wish to donate. I need help with transportation and am wondering if anyone in your organization could pick them up. The couch is somewhat heavy and awkward, the mattress awkward and the IKEA bed frame disassembles into bits and pieces. Contact me directly: kathlea_ann@yahoo.com“

Pumpkins from Fresh For All
Thanks to Fresh For All, the Wellington Storehouse Foodbank was able to go and get 100 pumpkins from one of our contributors in Ameliasburgh township. We spent most of Thursday cooking them down and freezing them so we can make pumpkin loavess with our clients in a few weeks. Thank you to all the volunteers who came out and helped. Missing from the picture is Bonnie Lewis who is camera shy but such an amazing volunteer to the food bank.
