Here's the latest updates from StoreHouse Foodbank

The Joy of Giving, a fundraising campaign in December at Pierson’s Foodland. They collected $1987.81 for our food bank, thanks to the generosity of our community! We are grateful to Addie Pierson and the team for supporting the campaign and helping those in need!

Together we thrive – compassion in action! 100 People Who Care PEC supported our food bank in this quarter’s giving. This will have a significant impact by helping families in need. We were blessed to receive $8701.50 to support the vital work we do in our community, neighbours helping neighbours. Thank you to Joyce and Mark Brant for the generous donation ($200) of menstrual products and protective underwear. It makes a difference! Thanks for helping us care for others in our community!

Together we can make a difference in our community! The Rednersville Women’s Institute invited us to speak at a recent meeting and they donated $190 and $300 in food and toiletries! Thanks for thinking of others in need. We are grateful for your loving kindness and generosity!  

Neighbours caring for neighbours! A huge thank you to the staff and owners at Midtown Brewing Company for organizing a fun weekly Trivia Night with donations being collected for the food bank. They raised $1275 and collected about $800 in food & toiletries! The #1 teams also donated their winnings! How generous! Please remember to support our local businesses. 

Thanks to Sharon Dempsey for sending us $200 in groceries for families in need! We received granola bars, cookies, soup, peanut butter and crackers! Neighbours helping neighbours!
