Here's the latest updates from StoreHouse Foodbank

Easter Hamper time! We are so grateful for our volunteer team – Jacquie, Moe, Sylvia, Pete, Sylvia, Levi, Josee and Annora! They helped us prepare 110 bags for families in need this Easter. Neighbours helping neighbours! Thanks so much for your care and commitment to helping others in need. 

Love and compassion in action! A teen from Quinte Christian High School helping others in need! Levi Chapman organized an Easter Food Drive for us at Emmanuel Baptist Church from March 23-April 6. He collected $1000 in food donations and raised $240! Thanks for making a difference in our community.


Happy colours!We received 100 handmade dishcloths for our Easter Hampers from Deb McGrath! So generous and thoughtful! Thanks Deb for the joyful dishcloths and for thinking of others. It makes a difference!

Seafood & Fish Chowder with Bacon, Onion Corn and Potatoes. Thanks to Chef Michael Hoy for preparing 70 meals for seniors this week. Thank you for the use of the Wellington Legion kitchen and to Rick and Eunice Hill for making the deliveries. Teamwork is the DreamWork. Together we can make a difference in our community!

This week Food to Share volunteers made 55 meals for seniors – chicken legs, roast potatoes, mixed veg. Thanks for your care and commitment! We are grateful for the food prep team, the County for the use of the Wellington Arena kitchen, and to Paul Edmonds for making the deliveries to seniors. The health and well-being of our community is important. Thanks for helping us make a difference!

OPEN WEDNESDAYS for All clients 10am-12pm and again 1pm -3pm.
Donations accepted Wednesdays 9-3pm or by appointment.
