The spirit of giving! This year The Button Fund generously donated all the turkeys and hams for our families this Christmas! What a blessing! Our heartfelt thanks and gratitude to The Button Fund family (Taylor, Diana, Chad, Conrad) and to Dominique Jones of The County Foundation for making it happen. Thanks for making such a big difference in our community!

Thank you to Santa and Mrs Claus from The Santa Mission for taking the time to help all day with Christmas Hampers at the food bank last week. They were spreading joy to volunteers and families, and handing out turkeys, hams, and candy canes! Santa also shared some great stories! What a beautiful gift to have them share the spirit of the season.

On Friday, Dec 20, The Dukes partnered with the PEC Kings Minor Hockey. Attendees received tickets for a prize draw in exchange for a non perishable donation for the food bank. Volunteer Robert Kilbreath is with Charlene Cruickshank and members of the team. They collected about $800 in groceries and $113 in cash donations! Bravo, way to go! Thanks for thinking of others and for making a difference in their lives. We are grateful for your support!
