Here's the latest updates from StoreHouse Foodbank

Thank you so much Food to Share volunteers Heather, Tanya, Paul and Reid who made the senior meals today of pasta with ham and peas with broccoli on the side.   1. Thank you so much to the Sunday School children of the Christadelphian Church for stuffing all the backpacks with school supplies and for writing the cards. They were delivered to the foodbank by Rick and Eunice Hill. Thank you for making a difference to the families!

Last Sunday, September 1, St. Andrew’s and the Golf Tournament Committee were most pleased to present a cheque of $3,200.00 to Cynthia Riordon (far left) of the Wellington and District Storehouse Foodbank. Thank you to everyone who supported the event and for making a difference to others in our community!

Thank you so much Lakeshore Farms for donating 2 bushels beans, 1 bushel of potatoes, 1 bushel of apples, 1 bushel of peppers, 5 bags corn, 26 watermelon, 20 squash and 20 onions. Thank you for making a difference to others in our community!

ΝIn this weeks After the Bell healthy food packs we added the following fresh produce….Banana, pear, orange, green grapes, cherry tomatoes, mini cucumber, yogurt tube and cheese string. The non-perishable food in the packs contain 1 x Organic Meadow Shelf Stable tetrapak, 1 x Clover Leaf chicken OR tuna snack OR Organic Beef sticks, 3 x oatmeal packets, 2 x WOW butter small size
1 x Presidents Choice chewy bar
1 x Breton Bite crackers, 1 x Bear Paw
1 x Basse Seed Mix, 1 x Fruit to Go
1 x Rice Krispy square, 1 x GOGO Squeeze,1 x Cheese Dipper, 1 x Cereal Cup. Thank you so much to Food Banks Canada and the following program partners for providing us with this great program:
