Thank you so much Chef Michael Hoy for all your hard work in making 50 Pickerel & Salmon Chowder with local corn and potatoes yesterday. Thank you also for delivering all the meals to the seniors. Corn and potatoes from Lakeshore Farms, pickerel from Sprigglen Meat Market/Aman’s Abottoir. Thank you to the Wellington Legion for allowing Michael use of the kitchen. Thank you to Pierson’s Foodland staff for all their hard work in making up all the fruit cups.
