Thank you so much Chef Michael Hoy for all your hard work in making 50 Croque Monsieur – French Egg-dipped Ham and cheese sandwiches grilled until golden and dripping with buttery goodness for lunch for the seniors on Tuesday. Thank you to Nestles for donating the Vanilla pudding to go with the meals as a little treat.
